Whether you're seeking relief, clarity, healing, or a deeper connection with yourself and others, I offer Counselling in ways that meet you where you are at.

I weave together Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness Practices and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Parts Work, Nervous System Regulation, Nature-Based Therapy and Narrative Therapy.

I work with people who are:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected.  Struggling with racing thoughts, tension, or a sense of never being able to "turn off", and longing to feel calm and grounded again.

  • Experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or exhaustion.  Holding too much for too long - whether in work, relationships, parenting, or caregiving - and needing support to regulate their nervous system and restore energy.

  • Navigating grief, loss, and tender life transitions.  Processing the death of a loved one, miscarriage, relationship ending, life transitions, or the grief that comes from letting go of old identities, dreams, or ways of being.

  • Struggling with self worth, confidence, or identity.  Questioning who they are, feeling disconnected from their truth, or seeking to build confidence and trust in themselves again.

  • Wanting to explore therapy in a holistic way.  Desiring a blend of somatic therapy, mindfulness, parts work, nature-based practices, and nervous system regulation rather than traditional talk therapy alone.

Virtual Sessions

Connect from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are. Virtual sessions are held securely online, offering flexibility and accessibility while providing the same depth of presence, compassion, and guidance as in-person.

In-Person/Nature-Based Therapy Sessions

Held outdoors on the Sunshine Coast, these sessions weave therapeutic conversation with the grounding and healing powers of nature.  We may do walk & talk therapy on the forest trails, alongside the ocean, or land-based sessions (location to be provided upon booking).

Reduced Rate Sessions

I believe that healing support should be accessible.  I offer a limited number of reduced rate spots for clients experiencing financial constraints.  Please inquire if cost is a barrier for you at this time.
